Check-in time is 4:00-6:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
We do offer a late check-in, up to 9:00 p.m., for a fee of $20 and a late check-out for $20 each hour past 11:00 a.m. If a later or earlier check-in is needed please call at least 2 days prior to your stay and we will do our best to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made by phone at 913-908-7968 and confirmed. Email, text, and voice message cancellations are not acceptable.
$100 booking fee is charged for room cancellations made with 7-3 days notice.
No shows or less than the 3 day notice will result in the full room charge. If we are able to re-book your room, you will only be charged the $100 booking fee.
Children over 12 with well-behaved parents allowed on a limited basis. Please call to make arrangements.
Smoking is not allowed inside this historic inn.
Damage. Rooms will be assessed for damage or theft and guests will be charged accordingly. Smoking inside the home is considered damage.
